Store Pick Up

Pickup Orders:

Pick up orders are usually ready same day if your item is in stock at our store in cases where we have to pull items from our warehouse or were unable to locate the item it can take up to 2 Days or 3-4 days during sales, we work orders in the order they are received to be fair to all our customers. 

Please note our warehouse is closed on the weekend. If you need your items sooner please place your orders before Friday 9 am to be ready for pick up In the afternoon (in some cases can be delayed until Monday/Tuesday if we’re unable to locate your item or if there is a lot of orders ahead of yours)

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Please make sure to bring your order confirmation email or valid government-issued I.D. upon arrival. No orders will be released if your order confirmation or I.D. is not present.

Once you receive your "awaiting pick up" confirmation email you have 17 days to pick up your order from that date. 

If your order is not picked up within the 30 days your order will be canceled and restocked to our inventory. You will receive store credit minus a 40% restocking fee
