We offer 2 shipping options First Class (5-7 Business days) Priority (2-3 Business days) To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is entered correctly, lookout for emails for any out of stock notices, Use correct abbreviations.  We will ship to address provided so please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect address if incorrect address is entered. if orders are sent back due to wrong address you will have to pay for shipping charges to re-ship.

We Ship out our orders as soon as possible our Priority orders may take 1 (business day) to ship out 

First class can take 2 days to ship out (does not include weekends or holidays) 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at lepinkchateau@gmail.com or call during store hours. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address.  If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service.

Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

Just a reminder that business days do not include weekends or holidays if your order is placed after our cut off time (1:00 pm) it will be shipped the next day, 

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate doesn't include weekends or holidays.  

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
